Your processes, not the package
Standard ERP packages force an organisation into their own schema. Wercstat ERP turns that around: the system follows your processes. Because it is built model-driven on our own framework, we adapt it quickly and robustly, without the next version overwriting your changes.
What an implementation covers
Analysis: your processes, your data and the systems around them, captured in a specification that stays with the whole project.
Set-up: the standard modules fitted to the way you work.
Your own modules: what your company does differently from others, built as a module on Wercstat ERP.
Integrations: financial accounting, web shop, logistics partners and the systems that stay.
Migration: master data, stock and open orders from your current system. If you run Baan or Infor LN, the Wercstat ERP data model maps closely onto it.
Go-live and support: in short iterations, so your business keeps running, and afterwards support as light or as intensive as you wish.
Next to your current ERP
An implementation does not have to happen all at once. At a cladding manufacturer, Wercstat ERP has run next to the existing Baan IV since 2021, fully integrated, for sales orders, planning and the shop floor (case). A new system can take over process by process, at the pace your organisation can handle.
